Role & Company / Project Overview: Careersoft USA is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Analyst to safeguard client systems, data, and digital infrastructure across the United States. These are W2 contract opportunities only (remote, hybrid, or onsite across the USA). We provide H-1B transfer assistance, immigration and payroll support, and Green Card sponsorship where applicable. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Monitor, analyze, and defend enterprise client networks and systems against cyber threats and vulnerabilities. • Conduct security assessments, incident response, vulnerability management, and threat mitigation. • Ensure adherence to security standards, compliance frameworks, and industry best practices. • Collaborate with IT infrastructure, engineering, and audit teams to enforce organizational security policies. • Available to take on new client projects and respond swiftly to security events. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 10+ years of professional IT experience with a dedicated focus on cybersecurity analysis and defense. • Strong background in threat hunting, security information and event management (SIEM), and incident response. • Must currently reside and be physically present in the United States. • Valid U.S. work authorization accepted: USC, GC, GC EAD, H-4 EAD, H-1B Transfer, OPT / STEM OPT. • Must be open to W2 employment (No C2C or third-party submissions). • Must be willing to relocate anywhere across the USA based on project requirements (relocation is mandatory). Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work Arrangement: Remote, Hybrid, and Onsite positions across the USA. • Relocation: Mandatory relocation anywhere across the USA depending on project requirements.
