Role & Company / Project Overview: Careersoft USA is seeking experienced software engineering professionals specializing in Java Full Stack, Python, or .NET Full Stack development for client projects across the United States. Positions are available on a W2 contract basis only (remote, hybrid, or onsite across the USA). We provide H-1B transfer assistance, immigration and payroll support, and Green Card sponsorship where applicable. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software solutions using Java Full Stack, Python, or .NET Full Stack frameworks. • Build robust backend services, APIs, and microservices supporting client business applications. • Collaborate with UI/UX engineers, cloud engineers, and project teams throughout the software development lifecycle. • Conduct code reviews, ensure performance optimization, and resolve complex application issues. • Available to take on new client projects and adapt to client specifications. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 10+ years of professional software development experience. • Strong hands-on background in Java Full Stack, Python, or .NET Full Stack technologies. • Must currently reside and be physically present in the United States. • Valid U.S. work authorization accepted: USC, GC, GC EAD, H-4 EAD, H-1B Transfer, OPT / STEM OPT. • Must be open to W2 employment (No C2C or third-party submissions). • Must be willing to relocate anywhere across the USA based on project requirements (relocation is mandatory).
