Role & Company / Project Overview: Careersoft USA is connecting experienced IT talent with client opportunities across the United States. We are hiring a Senior Salesforce Developer & Architect for client engagements across the country. All roles are W2 contract opportunities only (remote, hybrid, or onsite across the USA). We provide H-1B transfer assistance, immigration and payroll support, and Green Card sponsorship where applicable. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Architect, configure, and customize Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise client requirements. • Develop custom Salesforce applications, Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations. • Maintain system integrity, design data models, and integrate Salesforce with external platforms. • Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into technical designs. • Available to take on new client projects and manage end-to-end delivery. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 10+ years of professional IT experience with deep expertise in Salesforce development and architecture. • Relevant Salesforce certifications and strong knowledge of Salesforce clouds and APIs. • Must currently reside and be physically present in the United States. • Valid U.S. work authorization accepted: USC, GC, GC EAD, H-4 EAD, H-1B Transfer, OPT / STEM OPT. • Must be open to W2 employment (No C2C or third-party submissions). • Must be willing to relocate anywhere across the USA based on project requirements (relocation is mandatory). Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work Arrangement: Remote, Hybrid, and Onsite positions across the USA. • Relocation: Mandatory relocation anywhere across the USA depending on project requirements.
