### Role & Company / Project Overview Synstack Technologies is looking for a Hardware and Cloud Deployment Engineer to support telecom cloud and core network infrastructure. This position is 100% remote and open to qualified professionals located anywhere in the USA or Canada. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Configure, manage, and deploy Dell and HPE enterprise server platforms, including RAID configurations, firmware updates, and BIOS settings. • Install, configure, and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) operating systems. • Configure and manage network fabrics including Out-of-Band (OOB), Leaf, and Spine switch architectures. • Deploy, configure, and support NFV infrastructure and container orchestration tools. • Write and execute technical documentation such as HLD, LLD, CIQ, and MOPs. • Deploy bare-metal systems, VNFs, and CNFs across OpenStack, Kubernetes, Docker, and VMware. • Perform ATP, pre/post-deployment verification checks, and end-to-end service validation. • Troubleshoot infrastructure and network issues utilizing Wireshark and operating system/application log analysis. • Automate deployment and operational tasks using Python, Bash, and Ansible. • Provide timely status reports and maintain clear customer communication. • Support maintenance window execution as needed. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Hands-on proficiency with Dell and HPE server hardware, RAID configurations, BIOS, and firmware management. • Proven experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) installation, configuration, and administration. • Solid understanding of Leaf-Spine data center fabric, OOB networking, and switching. • Experience deploying container orchestration and virtualization platforms (Kubernetes, Docker, OpenStack, VMware). • Competency in writing automation scripts using Python, Bash, and Ansible. • Strong system and network troubleshooting skills. • Clear technical reporting and interpersonal skills. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: 100% Remote (Open to candidates located across the USA and Canada). • Shifts: Standard working hours with flexibility to participate in maintenance windows as required. ### Compensation & Benefits • Compensation details are not provided (Applicable for C2C, W2, contract, or full-time). ### Application Instructions • Submit your resume directly to the recruiter via email.
