• Role & Company / Project Overview Zybisys Consulting LLP is hiring an experienced Technical Product Manager / Technical Product Owner with a strong software development background and product leadership expertise to drive end-to-end product delivery across Cloud, SaaS, Infrastructure, Observability, and AI/ML domains. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to launch. - Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile/Scrum execution. - Manage stakeholders and align cross-functional engineering and design teams. - Oversee technical architectures involving microservices, REST APIs, and distributed data systems. - Facilitate problem-solving and ensure timely milestone execution across all phases of the SDLC. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 6 to 10 years of overall experience in software development. - 3+ years of dedicated experience in Product Management or Technical Leadership. - Hands-on technical experience with Node.js, React.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. - Solid experience designing and managing Microservices and REST APIs. - Knowledge of time-series databases such as OpenSearch, ClickHouse, or Cassandra. - Foundational understanding and exposure to AI/ML concepts and system integration. - Proven track record with SaaS and Cloud-based platforms. - Must-Have Skills: Agile / Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, end-to-end product lifecycle management, stakeholder and cross-functional team leadership, and strong analytical/execution abilities. - Domain Exposure: Cloud, SaaS, Infrastructure, Observability, and AI/ML. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Trichy, Tamil Nadu, India. - Work Mode: On-site, 5 Days a Week. - Interview Process: 100% Virtual (Assessment Round, Technical Round, CEO Round, HR Discussion). • Compensation & Benefits - Budget / Compensation: Up to ₹25 LPA (25,00,000 INR per year). • Application Instructions - Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated resumes to Manjula Malineni via the provided contact email.
