### Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team and drive high-impact implementations for global retail and CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) brands in the AI & Computer Vision SaaS space. In this role, you will be the bridge between our global enterprise clients (US/Western markets) and our cutting-edge AI/ML engineering delivery teams in India. You will take ownership of end-to-end project lifecycles—from initial requirement gathering and scope definition all the way to seamless deployment and go-live. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • End-to-End Project Ownership: Manage complex enterprise project lifecycles, ensuring on-time delivery, scope adherence, and exceptional quality standards. • Global Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for multi-country rollouts, coordinating smoothly between Western clients and India-based delivery/engineering teams. • Technical Leadership: Translate business requirements into technical execution plans using your solid understanding of data architectures and software integrations. • Sprint & Resource Planning: Drive agile ceremonies, manage cross-functional resources, track milestones, and mitigate delivery risks proactively. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience: 5 to 12 years of overall professional experience, with 5+ years of dedicated technical project management experience managing AI, Machine Learning, or enterprise analytics products. • Technical Acumen: Strong hands-on knowledge and working familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, and Master Data Management (MDM). • Global Exposure: Proven track record of handling international clients or multi-region software/SaaS rollouts. • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical milestones clearly to non-technical and executive stakeholders. • Domain Familiarity: Prior experience in Retail-Tech, CPG, or Computer Vision SaaS environments is a strong plus. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Remote (Work From Anywhere). • Work Arrangement: Full-time remote work culture. ### Compensation & Benefits • Salary / CTC: ₹20 LPA to ₹35+ LPA (commensurate with experience). • High visibility, rapid career growth, and autonomy in a fast-paced environment working with cutting-edge AI & Computer Vision solutions deployed globally. ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates can share their updated resume directly with the hiring manager or reach out via direct message.
