• Role & Company / Project Overview: Vozzo.ai is a B2B Enterprise AI platform helping businesses automate operations, improve customer engagement, and boost workforce productivity. We work at the intersection of Generative AI, enterprise tech, and real-world business problems. We are looking for a Product Manager who doesn’t just manage features, but takes ownership of problems and delivers measurable business impact. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Own the product lifecycle, from discovery to launch and continuous improvement - Define roadmaps, prioritize features, and write clear PRDs and user stories - Build LLM-powered apps, conversational experiences, and intelligent workflows with engineering - Work directly with enterprise customers to turn their needs into scalable solutions - Partner with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to ship high-quality products - Track metrics and customer feedback to improve performance and user experience • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 3-6 years of PM experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, GenAI, or enterprise tech - Strong grasp of roadmap planning, prioritization, and agile - Working knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, APIs, and AI workflows - Skill in turning complex requirements into PRDs, user journeys, and specs - Data-driven thinking and strong stakeholder communication - An ownership mindset that thrives in a fast-paced startup - Good to have: Experience with AI agents, conversational AI, or workflow automation - Good to have: Familiarity with OpenAI, LLM orchestration, or STT/TTS - Good to have: Exposure to BFSI, contact center tech, or enterprise SaaS • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Employment Type: Full-Time - Location: Remote • Compensation & Benefits: - Build and scale AI products solving real enterprise problems - Hands-on work with emerging GenAI technology - Own initiatives from idea to production - Work directly with engineers, enterprise customers, and leadership - A fast-moving team where your decisions shape the product and the business • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can submit their resume or apply via the provided official recruitment channels.
