Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our Banking Sales process in Thane. This is an immediate hiring opportunity for a target-driven professional to lead a sales team within a BPO environment. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Supervise, guide, and manage a team of banking sales executives to drive performance. • Strong execution in sales management and active team handling on a daily basis. • Motivate and monitor team members to consistently meet and exceed designated sales targets. • Oversee day-to-day operations of the banking sales process and implement sales strategies. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Minimum 2 years of on-paper experience as a Team Leader in BPO. • Graduation is mandatory. • Strong experience in sales and team handling. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Proven ability to drive team performance and achieve targets. • Prior experience in Banking or BFSI sales will be preferred. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Thane, Maharashtra. • Process: Banking Sales (BPO). Compensation & Benefits • Salary: Up to INR 38,000 In-Hand per month.
