• Role & Company / Project Overview Looking for experienced professionals in Sales or Customer Service to join a corporate team as Team Leader – BPO in Nahur, Mumbai. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage and lead a BPO team handling sales or customer service processes. - Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and drive the team to achieve operational targets. - Utilize CRM platforms effectively to manage lead flow, customer interactions, and reporting. - Guide, mentor, and support team members to ensure optimal service quality and productivity. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Qualification: Graduate. - Experience: 2–3 years of experience as a BPO Team Leader. - Mandatory: Hands-on CRM knowledge and experience. - Prior experience handling a BPO team in Sales or Customer Service processes. - Strong team management and communication skills. - Age Limit: Up to 30 years. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. - Week Off: 1 rotational week off. - Location: Nahur, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA (₹500,000 per year, depending on last drawn salary and experience). • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should apply by sharing their updated resume via direct message or contacting the designated recruitment number.
