Role & Company / Project Overview: Nevoxel Consulting is hiring a proactive, result-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join its growing team in Thane, Mumbai. The firm specializes in maritime and logistics sector recruitment as well as executive search. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to successful closures. • Source and screen candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and headhunting. • Coordinate interviews, collect client feedback, and manage offer negotiations. • Build and maintain a strong candidate database. • Manage multiple recruitment mandates and ensure timely delivery. • Maintain recruitment trackers and achieve individual performance targets. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 2 to 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. • Prior experience in recruitment consultancy or executive search preferred. • Strong sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills. • Ability to independently manage recruitment assignments. • Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented mindset. • Maritime or shipping recruitment experience is considered an advantage (not mandatory). Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Thane, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. • Work Mode: Work from Office (Full-time).
