• Role & Company / Project Overview: Cheval Technologies is hiring Talent Acquisition Professionals / IT Recruiters to join their growing consultancy team in Mumbai. The organization is seeking proactive recruiters capable of handling end-to-end recruitment across multiple vacancies. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Source, screen, and interview candidates for both IT and Non-IT job openings across multiple active client requirements. - Manage the candidate lifecycle from initial sourcing and engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding. - Utilize job boards, social platforms, and recruitment databases to identify prospective talent. - Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure an exceptional recruitment process experience. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Proven experience as an IT Recruiter comfortable hiring for both IT and Non-IT roles. - Strong sourcing, screening, candidate assessment, and candidate management capabilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proactive, target-driven mindset with genuine enthusiasm for talent acquisition. - Availability: Immediate joiners preferred, open to discussions. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. - Work Mode: Onsite / Work from office. - Policy: Bring Your Own Laptop (BYOL) policy. • Compensation & Benefits: - Standard recruitment consultancy compensation package. • Application Instructions: - Candidates who fit the criteria can share their updated CV to the designated HR contact.
