• Role & Company / Project Overview NexusArc is hiring for a client in overseas blue-collar recruitment for the role of Recruiter (Fresher) located at Wagle Estate, Thane. This role is focused on sourcing, screening, and coordinating overseas blue-collar recruitment campaigns. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Source candidates through Direct Recruitment, social media, References, and Recruitment Agents. - Generate new candidate references and maintain a strong candidate network/database. - Identify the right candidate sourcing channels, locations, networks, and platforms for specific skilled and unskilled categories. - Handle and coordinate with Recruitment Agents for candidate sourcing, screening, and mobilization. - Travel across Pan-India locations for interview drives and recruitment campaigns. - Coordinate the complete candidate process including interview, selection, medical, visa processing, documentation, Emigration Clearance, and final departure. - Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates, agents, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth deployment. - Take ownership of assigned requirements and achieve recruitment targets within timelines. - Exhibit a proactive, active, and result-oriented mindset, with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Freshers eligible; must be a graduate from any field. - Tamil or Malayalam speaking candidates will be an added advantage. - Strong knowledge of where and how to source different categories of candidates based on job requirements. - Strong knowledge of Gulf recruitment processes, visa procedures, and deployment formalities. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Office Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. - Working Days: Monday to Friday | Saturday: Half Day | Sunday: Fixed Off. - Job Location: Wagle Estate, Thane, Maharashtra. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: Upto 20,000 INR per month. • Application Instructions - Share your resume directly via the specified recruitment channels.
