Role & Company / Project Overview: WNS (Part of Capgemini) is hiring for an exciting US Blended Process opportunity handling customer support across both voice and chat channels. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide customer assistance via US Blended Process (70% Voice Calls + 30% Chat support). • Maintain professional communication and handle queries effectively across both channels. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 6 months of International voice/blended process experience. • Excellent English communication skills. • Comfortable with voice + chat support. • Candidates with International BPO / US process experience preferred. • Immediate joiners preferred. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Mumbai (Thane), India • Shift Window: 24/7 rotational shifts • Week Off: Rotational week offs • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and flexible for rotational week offs required.
