• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are urgently hiring Customer Service Executives for Chat & Voice Process with a reputed international BPO handling US / Canada processes. There are 150 openings available with walk-in interview options. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage international customer service interactions through combined Chat and Voice processes. - Assist customers promptly, resolve queries efficiently, and ensure superior customer satisfaction. - Adhere to quality standards and communication guidelines during interactions. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum HSC / Graduate qualification. - Minimum 6 months of BPO / Customer Service experience. - Strong and good communication skills. - Comfortable handling international customer interaction. - Candidates residing in Kurla, Andheri, Dombivli, and Kharghar can also apply. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. - Work Mode: Work From Office. - Shift Timings: International / Rotational Shifts. - Week Off: 2 Rotational Offs. • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹26,000 per month. - Benefits: International customer service process exposure, competitive salary package, strong career growth opportunities, smooth selection process, and good office ambience. • Application Instructions: - Walk-in interviews available for limited openings.
