Role & Company / Project Overview: A leading ITES company is hiring candidates for an International Voice Process in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage international voice process customer interactions and support queries. • Provide professional customer service assistance following quality standards. • Handle customer inquiries, issues, and escalations effectively in fluent English. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: Freshers can apply. • Educational Eligibility: Graduates and Undergraduates both are eligible (2024, 2025, 2026 pass-outs only). • Good English communication skills. • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (Onsite) • Working Days: 5 working days per week • Week-offs: 2 rotational week-offs • Shifts: Rotational shifts, including night shifts Compensation & Benefits: • CTC: ₹2.8 LPA • Approximate In-Hand Salary: ₹18,000 per month • Night Shift Allowance: Up to ₹3,000 • Cab facility available Application Instructions: • Interested candidates can apply by sharing their updated resume via email or phone.
