Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a Salesforce QA Automation Test Lead to join Everest Global Solutions INC. This is an onsite role combining QA leadership and hands-on testing to lead end-to-end quality assurance activities for Salesforce implementations, enhancements, integrations, and releases. The ideal candidate is a hands-on QA Lead with extensive Salesforce testing experience. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead end-to-end Salesforce QA activities, including functional, integration, regression, and E2E testing. • Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases. • Validate Salesforce configurations, Flows, workflows, security permissions, and data integrity. • Lead defect triage sessions, coordinate closely with development teams, and ensure timely defect resolution. • Coordinate SIT, UAT, release validation, and production readiness activities. • Execute and review automated regression test suites while recommending framework improvements. • Track QA metrics, test coverage, defect trends, and overall test execution progress. • Collaborate with onsite stakeholders, offshore QA teams, developers, business users, and project managers. • Maintain test evidence, defect documentation, QA reports, and release sign-offs. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Strong experience in Salesforce QA, test leadership, and automation testing. • In-depth expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud. • Proven background in functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing methodologies. • Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Objects, Flows, Validation Rules, Profiles, and Permission Sets. • Proficiency in SOQL and Salesforce data validation. • Hands-on automation experience with Selenium, Provar, Tricentis Tosca, or similar automation tools. • Experience utilizing Jira, Azure DevOps, or other test management tools. • Demonstrated capability in QA team leadership and stakeholder management.
