Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring a QA Automation Engineer specialized in Life & Annuities insurance domain. The position is an onsite role requiring comprehensive quality assurance, automated test framework development, and application testing expertise. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Analyze business requirements and develop comprehensive test strategies. • Design and implement reusable, scalable test automation frameworks. • Create, execute, and review automated test scripts. • Identify, document, track, and manage defects throughout the software lifecycle. • Collaborate closely with development teams, product managers, and key stakeholders. • Maintain detailed test plans, test cases, test strategies, and execution reports. • Explore innovative testing solutions and implement GenAI capabilities. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 5+ years of Application Testing experience covering UI and API testing. • 3+ years of Life & Annuities Insurance domain experience. • Hands-on Vantage testing experience. • 2+ years of Automation Testing experience. • Strong SQL knowledge. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience. • Nice to have: Tosca Automation Testing, LOMA Certification, and relevant testing project experience.
