Role & Company / Project Overview: We are actively hiring an experienced Salesforce Tester with strong expertise in Salesforce application testing, Salesforce Admin certification, and specialized knowledge within the healthcare domain. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct comprehensive testing of Salesforce applications to ensure quality and compliance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment. • Utilize test automation frameworks and methodologies to streamline testing cycles. • Track, report, and manage software bugs and defect lifecycles using JIRA. • Write and execute database queries using SQL to validate backend data integrity. • Support build and integration workflows utilizing tools like Maven and Jenkins. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 7+ years of professional quality assurance and testing experience. • Must-Have Skills: Salesforce Testing experience and Salesforce Admin Certification. • Domain Expertise: Solid knowledge and working experience in Healthcare Claims, Medicare, and Medicaid. • Technical Stack: JIRA, Java, SQL, Maven, and Jenkins. • Nice-to-Have / Plus: Agile methodologies and Test Automation experience.
