• Role & Company / Project Overview 3Bridges is seeking a passionate and experienced Nominated Supervisor to lead our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service at Green Square Public School. This is a permanent full-time leadership position within a newly established and growing service that currently supports a vibrant community of 125 children. It offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced OSHC leader to take full ownership of day-to-day operations, foster a positive team culture, and shape the future of the program. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead, mentor, and support a dedicated team of educators. - Shape engaging before school, after school, and vacation care programs. - Build trusted relationships with children, families, and the school community. - Champion quality standards, child safety protocols, and continuous service improvement. - Create an inclusive, welcoming, and stimulating environment where children can thrive. - Take operational ownership of service administration, compliance, and community engagement. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Proven leadership experience within Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) or Children's Services. - Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and build a positive team culture. - Strong knowledge of child safety standards, National Quality Framework (NQF), and OSHC compliance. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface with school administration and parents. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Green Square Public School, Green Square, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. - Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time. - Supportive environment backed by an experienced Regional Manager and a broader network of Nominated Supervisors across 3Bridges. • Compensation & Benefits - Attractive salary plus superannuation and salary packaging. - Career development and ongoing professional learning opportunities. - Purpose-driven work making a genuine difference in the community. • Application Instructions Eligible and interested candidates are encouraged to submit their application and resume to the recruitment team.
