• Role & Company / Project Overview Someva Renewables is a leading Sydney-based renewable energy developer entering an exciting new phase, and is expanding its team with a Development Manager dedicated to driving the established Hills of Gold Wind Farm project in NSW. Join a highly capable, experienced, and collaborative team that knows how to get projects over the line. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead the Hills of Gold Wind Farm project through key development milestones, from feasibility to planning approval and financial close readiness. - Manage planning and environmental approvals. - Build strong relationships with landowners, communities, councils, and First Nations stakeholders. - Coordinate technical studies, consultants, and grid connection processes. - Manage project budgets, schedules, and risk. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience in renewable energy or infrastructure project development. - In-depth knowledge of the NSW planning and approvals framework. - Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. - A relevant degree in engineering, environmental science, planning, or a related field. - Willingness to travel to regional NSW project sites. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Office based in Sydney, New South Wales, with travel required to regional NSW project sites. • Application Instructions - Submit your CV and a cover letter to the designated recruitment email.
