Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring for the position of Principal Engineer specializing in Copilot Studio & AI for Contact Center (CCaaS), Dynamics CRM, and Power Platform. This is a 12+ months contract opportunity for W2 profiles (visa expectation: H1B). Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead technical architecture, design, and implementation of Copilot Studio and AI capabilities tailored for Contact Center (CCaaS) environments. • Design, integrate, and customize solutions across Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Power Platform. • Drive technical deliverables, system integrations, and AI workflow optimizations for contact center modernization. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Extensive experience as a Principal Engineer working with Copilot Studio & AI solutions. • Deep expertise in Contact Center (CCaaS) architecture and implementations. • Strong hands-on proficiency in Dynamics CRM and Power Platform development and integration. • Eligibility: W2 profiles only (Expect H1B).
