Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Developer / Technical Lead to join a dynamic team and contribute to enterprise-level solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and the Power Platform. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Serve as D365 Technical Lead contributing to scalable, enterprise-level business solutions • Perform D365 customization and configuration across forms, views, plug-ins, workflows, and Business Process Flows (BPFs) • Develop and maintain components using .NET, C#, and JavaScript • Build and support Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse components • Work with standard and premium Power Platform Connectors • Handle D365 / Power Platform DevOps activities • Execute data integration and migration tasks utilizing Azure Data Factory (ADF) and SSIS • Conduct hands-on technical troubleshooting and problem resolution Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 8+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service • 5+ years of D365 Technical Lead experience • Strong hands-on development and troubleshooting expertise • Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) • Proficiency in .NET, C#, and JavaScript development • Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) & SSIS for data integration and migration • Mandatory in-person interview required Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Richmond, VA 23219 • Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule (4 days onsite per week for the first 2 months, followed by 1 day onsite per week) • Local candidates in Richmond, VA, or candidates living nearby are strongly preferred due to onsite requirements during the initial phase • Duration: 8+ Months contract Compensation & Benefits: • Pay Rate: $85/hr to $95/hr Application Instructions: • Submit an updated resume to the designated recruitment contact for consideration.
