Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a hands-on GenAI Engineer – Developer / Software Engineer to drive AI-powered solutions across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This position involves software development, solution prototyping, integration, and developer enablement. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Drive AI-powered solutions across the complete SDLC • Prototype AI solutions, perform system integration, and conduct code quality validation • Support developer enablement, conduct technical training sessions, and deliver technical presentations • Collaborate across agile software development, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of software development and Generative AI experience • Strong expertise in Generative AI and AI-assisted coding tools (Kiro or similar) • Solid background in Software Development, Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD, and Git • Proven experience in AI solution prototyping, integration, and code quality validation • Demonstrated ability in developer enablement, technical training, and technical presentations Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: McLean, VA • Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) • Contract Duration: 6+ Months Contract • Interview Process: Onsite Panel Interview Compensation & Benefits: • Not specified Application Instructions: • Please submit your resume via the provided application email address for consideration.
