• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring an experienced Appian Developer with strong expertise in Business Process Management (BPM), enterprise workflow automation, and system integrations to join our team in McLean, VA. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design, develop, and deploy Appian BPM solutions and workflow automation. - Build and optimize process models, interfaces, records, reports, and integrations. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Integrate Appian with APIs, databases, Active Directory, and enterprise systems. - Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and adherence to coding standards. - Collaborate with architects and technical leads on enterprise BPM/SOA solutions. - Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical leadership. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 8+ years of relevant experience. - Strong hands-on experience with Appian development, configuration, and BPM workflows. - Expertise in BPM architecture, design patterns, and enterprise development best practices. - Experience with REST APIs, databases, and enterprise integrations. - Knowledge of Ping, Snowflake, Dremio, Active Directory, and Security/Web APIs. - Experience developing enterprise Java-based plug-ins. - Strong problem-solving, technical documentation, and collaboration skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: McLean, VA. - Work schedule: 5 Days Onsite. • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates are invited to share their updated resume via DM or email.
