Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Oversee manufacturing and fabrication projects from initial planning through to full completion. • Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and resource allocations effectively. • Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial targets are maintained. • Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and management teams across the organization. • Identify potential bottlenecks, solve operational problems, and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency throughout project lifecycles. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Proven project management experience in manufacturing, steel fabrication, construction, engineering, or a related field. • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal capabilities. • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and analytical problem-solving skills. • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic, deadline-driven industrial setting.
