Role & Company / Project Overview: The construction industry is heating up and our client, represented by Summit Search Group, is looking to expand their team by hiring a Project Manager in the Burnside area (Halifax / Dartmouth, NS). This opportunity is ideal for a professional with a couple of years or more of experience who is ready to take on more responsibilities managing commercial construction projects. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead and oversee commercial construction projects from planning through execution and completion. • Manage project schedules, coordinate sub-trades, monitor budgets, and ensure adherence to safety standards and specifications. • Assume expanded responsibilities across site and project administration. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • A degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field. • 3 or more years of experience managing commercial construction projects (or a couple of years of solid experience ready for increased scope). • Red Seal, Gold Seal, and/or LEED certifications are considered valuable assets. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Burnside / Dartmouth / Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. • Working setup: Onsite commercial construction management.
