Role & Company / Project Overview: AL DERAA STRUCTURAL STEEL FIXING & CONTRACTING L.L.C. is seeking an experienced, proactive Project Manager (1 Position) to join their growing team in Dubai. The company specializes in structural steel fabrication, erection, steel installation, detailing, design, industrial sheds, mezzanine floors, platforms, structural metal works, and handrails. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage structural steel fabrication and contracting projects end-to-end from planning and detailing through fabrication, erection, and final site completion. • Oversee overall project execution, master scheduling, milestone tracking, and strict cost control. • Coordinate effectively and maintain regular communication with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal engineering/production teams. • Ensure safety standards, quality specifications, and structural installation compliance across all project phases. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 3–5 years of proven professional experience within the structural steel fabrication industry. • Formal qualification or a strong educational/technical background in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering. • Proven track record managing projects from early planning through fabrication, erection, and handover. • In-depth working knowledge of project execution methodologies, timeline scheduling, and budget/cost control. • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities. • A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
