Role & Company / Project Overview: Al Telal Contracting Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Project Manager to lead contracting and site execution operations in Ajman, UAE. The role involves managing high-end contracting projects, luxury villas, and overseeing site teams while reporting directly to the Owner of the Company. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage overall teams, subcontractors, labor, and on-site operations across construction projects. • Directly report to the Owner of the Company and provide regular, comprehensive operational and progress updates. • Oversee project execution from commencement to handover ensuring full adherence to UAE construction standards and quality specifications. • Monitor site safety, materials, project timelines, workflow coordination, and resource allocation. • Manage luxury villa and high-end residential contracting projects effectively. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 5 to 6 years of proven experience in construction and contracting. • UAE construction experience is preferred, with a proven background in luxury villa and high-end projects. • Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and UAE standards. • Exceptional leadership, site coordination, and communication skills. • Must possess a valid UAE Driving License (mandatory requirement). Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Ajman, United Arab Emirates. • Work setup: Full-time onsite construction management.
