Role & Company / Project Overview: Point Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects in Dubai from mobilisation through to completion and handover. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead project execution and delivery from mobilisation through to completion and handover to achieve programme, budget, quality, and HSE targets • Manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and project resources • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and statutory authorities • Oversee engineering, procurement, and construction activities • Identify project risks, resolve site challenges, and drive timely decision-making • Manage progress reporting, variations, closeout, and handover procedures Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 12 years of UAE experience working with a general contractor • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering • Strong communication and team leadership skills • Strong project planning, resource allocation, and programme management skills • Proven ability to monitor progress, follow up on deliverables, and implement recovery actions • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve site and coordination issues • Sound technical knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications, and authority requirements Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates • Work mode: Onsite construction project management Application Instructions: • Submit your CV via email with 'Project Manager' in the subject line, and include your current notice period.
