Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced LIMS Administrator for an exciting opportunity with our direct client located in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The role is focused on managing and developing Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) applications within a laboratory and QA environment. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Develop, configure, and maintain LIMS applications. • Collaborate closely with laboratory and QA teams to gather requirements. • Design and manage database structures. • Troubleshoot system issues and provide prompt technical support. • Perform thorough system testing, validation, and documentation. • Ensure high system reliability and strict regulatory compliance. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven experience in LIMS development or administration. • Programming experience with Visual Basic, C#, F#, or similar languages. • Strong SQL / T-SQL development and querying skills. • Hands-on database experience with MS SQL Server, Oracle, or Microsoft Access. • Experience utilizing Git and version control systems (such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, Bitbucket). • Solid experience operating within Linux and Windows environments. • Nice-to-have skills: .NET / ADO.NET, REST APIs, PowerShell scripting, and EPA / NELAP regulatory knowledge.
