Role & Company / Project Overview: Shralin Consulting Services is hiring an experienced Senior Sample Manager Consultant (LIMS) for an opportunity with a CMMI Level 5 client company, with payroll managed through Wroots Global. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design and configure end-to-end sample lifecycle workflows in Thermo SampleManager LIMS. • Ensure sample traceability, chain of custody, and audit readiness. • Configure workflows, entity templates, forms, reports, and customizations. • Support instrument integrations, REST APIs, ERP integrations, and data migration. • Work with C#, VGL, SQL, and LIMS interfaces. • Support LIMS validation, SIT/UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities. • Ensure compliance with ISO 17025, ISO 9001, GxP (where applicable), and ALCOA+ data integrity principles. • Collaborate with laboratory, QA, IT, and regulatory stakeholders. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 8–12+ years of overall IT/consulting experience. • Minimum 5+ years of dedicated experience in Thermo SampleManager LIMS Development or Support. • Strong hands-on experience with Thermo SampleManager LIMS across multiple implementations. • Proven expertise in sample lifecycle management and laboratory workflows. • Technical proficiency in C#, VGL, SQL, REST APIs, forms, and report design. • Practical experience in instrument integration, data migration, and validation. • Solid understanding of laboratory quality standards and regulatory compliance. • Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities. • Good to Have: Experience with oil & gas laboratory projects, multi-site laboratory implementations, instrument integration frameworks, and AWS/Azure-based LIMS deployments.
