Role & Company / Project Overview: Mosh Holdings (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing & PR Manager to join their growing team and help shape the next stage of growth for Mosh Holdings and their international beauty brands. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead marketing, digital marketing, and public relations initiatives for the company and international beauty brands • Manage and execute advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads • Develop social media strategy, short-form video content, and handle copywriting • Oversee content creation for Reels, TikTok, and other platforms • Conduct analytical tracking and campaign performance management focused on business growth Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 5–7 years of experience in Marketing / Digital Marketing / PR • Strong, proven experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads & TikTok Ads • Excellent social media, content creation, and copywriting skills • Hands-on experience with Reels, TikTok, and short-form video creation • Strong analytical and campaign management skills • Creative mindset with a sharp focus on business growth • A portfolio or evidence of previous campaign experience is considered an advantage Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Sri Lanka • Work mode: On-site / Unspecified Compensation & Benefits: • Compensation details are not disclosed Application Instructions: • Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV along with their portfolio to the HR team.
