Role & Company / Project Overview: Baby Memorial Hospitals (BMH) is looking for a creative, driven, and execution-oriented brand and communications professional to join the Group Sales & Marketing team at Kochi, Kerala. The role will be responsible for translating Baby Memorial Hospitals’ brand strategy into impactful campaigns, compelling content, and consistent brand experiences across the hospital network. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Drive brand-building initiatives and ensure consistent brand expression across hospital locations. • Plan and execute integrated brand and speciality campaigns aligned with business priorities. • Lead content development and coordinate social media, website, and organic SEO initiatives. • Develop and oversee Malayalam and English communication, ensuring strong local market relevance. • Support CSR initiatives, community engagement programmes, partnerships, and on-ground activations. • Collaborate with hospital leadership, doctors, internal teams, and creative agencies to deliver effective communication. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 8–12 years of relevant experience in brand marketing, integrated campaigns, or communications. • Strong command of both English and Malayalam (Malayalam proficiency is mandatory). • Experience in campaign management, content development, agency coordination, and stakeholder management. • Good understanding of digital media, social media, website content, and SEO. • Healthcare or multi-location service-sector experience will be an added advantage.
