• Role & Company / Project Overview: An established UK-focused outsourcing and professional services company is hiring a Marketing & Business Development Lead based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, to drive B2B marketing, lead generation, and business growth targeting the UK market. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Drive B2B marketing initiatives, lead generation strategies, and overall business growth targeting UK and international clients. - Plan, manage, and execute digital marketing and cold email campaigns. - Conduct targeted LinkedIn outreach and prospective client acquisition. - Provide team leadership and guide marketing operations aligned with UK business objectives. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum 4 years of experience in Marketing / Business Development. - Strong expertise in B2B lead generation and LinkedIn outreach. - Proven experience working with UK or international clients. - Hands-on experience in digital marketing, cold emailing, and end-to-end campaign management. - Excellent English communication skills and demonstrated team leadership capabilities. - Prior experience in the BPO / Outsourcing industry is an advantage. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka - Working Hours: UK business hours (8:30 AM – 11:30 PM SLT) • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: LKR 150,000 per month - Additional performance-based bonuses • Application Instructions: - Please share your updated CV and portfolio to the provided contact email address.
