Role & Company / Project Overview: We are partnering with a fast-growing proprietary crypto market-making and high-frequency trading firm to hire a Software Engineer – Exchange Integrations. The engineer will build low-latency connectivity and integration services connecting to global trading venues. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Develop and maintain real-time exchange connectivity and market integration pipelines. • Build low-latency, fault-tolerant distributed systems interfacing via REST, WebSocket, FIX, and raw TCP protocols. • Optimize end-to-end communication pathways for maximum throughput and minimal latency. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Strong proficiency in modern C++ or Rust. • Demonstrated experience building low-latency systems and distributed network architectures. • Comprehensive understanding of communication protocols including REST, WebSocket, FIX, and TCP. • Solid engineering fundamentals and expertise building high-performance, resilient systems. • Fluent English communication. • Competitive programming, mathematics, or HFT background is an added advantage.
