Role & Company / Project Overview: We are partnering with a fast-growing proprietary crypto market-making and high-frequency trading (HFT) firm to hire a Software Engineer – Trading Platform to develop core internal trading platforms, distributed infrastructure, and observability tooling. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Build and scale internal trading platforms, observability systems, and real-time core infrastructure. • Optimize database integrations, distributed systems architectures, and critical application performance. • Maintain high platform availability and ensure rapid response times across multi-region trading execution venues. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Strong proficiency in modern C++ or Rust. • Demonstrated experience building internal platforms, observability suites, or real-time trading infrastructure. • Solid background in database systems, distributed architectures, and profiling/performance optimization. • Strong engineering fundamentals and analytical problem-solving capabilities. • Fluent English communication. • Competitive programming, mathematics, or HFT experience is a plus.
