Role & Company / Project Overview: We are partnering with a fast-growing proprietary crypto market-making and high-frequency trading (HFT) firm operating across multiple global trading regions. The company is seeking a talented Network Engineer – Trading Infrastructure to build and optimize low-latency trading infrastructure, real-time systems, and high-performance technology. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design, maintain, and optimize low-latency trading infrastructure and production networking systems. • Manage Linux environments, TCP/IP networking, DNS, routing protocols, and enterprise firewalls. • Implement and support cloud infrastructure, automated configuration, and operational scripting. • Focus on network latency reduction, continuous monitoring, and infrastructure reliability. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • In-depth expertise in Linux systems administration and advanced networking (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls). • Strong hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, scripting, and automation tools. • Proven track record with latency optimization and production systems support. • Strong engineering fundamentals, problem-solving abilities, and passion for tackling complex technical challenges. • Fluent English communication skills. • Competitive programming, mathematics, or HFT experience is a plus.
