### Role & Company / Project Overview Urgent hiring for a qualified Piping BIM Modeler to join our project team based in Singapore. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Develop, coordinate, and review Revit Piping Models. • Export and convert Revit models to PCF/IDF formats. • Generate detailed piping isometric (ISO) drawings utilizing Spoolgen, ISOGEN, Plant 3D, or equivalent drafting software. • Execute the expected workflow: Revit Piping Model → PCF/IDF Export or Conversion → Spoolgen / ISOGEN / Plant 3D → Piping ISO Drawings. • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve clashes, discrepancies, and coordination issues across piping drawings and comprehensive BIM models. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in Piping BIM. • Nationality: Malaysian nationality is preferred/required. • Strong hands-on proficiency with Revit Piping Models. • Sound knowledge of PCF/IDF export/conversion procedures. • Proven track record in generating piping isometric drawings via Spoolgen, ISOGEN, or Plant 3D. • Demonstrated competency in 3D clash resolution and multi-service coordination. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Work Location: Singapore. • Hiring Type: Urgent hiring. ### Compensation & Benefits • Salary: Up to SGD 3,800 per month. ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates should submit their updated CV along with relevant work samples (if available). • Candidates must follow the specific file naming format when submitting applications: Piping BIM Modeler-Full Name-Nationality.
