Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: Puretech is seeking a detail-oriented BIM Modeler to create, coordinate, and maintain Building Information Models for construction and engineering projects in Singapore. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Develop and update 3D BIM models from 2D engineering drawings and design specifications. - Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models, assist in clash detection, and resolve spatial interface issues. - Generate shop drawings, as-built models, and documentation in compliance with project BIM standards. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience working as a BIM Modeler within the construction, architectural, or engineering sector. - Proficiency in BIM authoring software (e.g., Autodesk Revit or equivalent BIM applications). - Understanding of local BIM implementation standards and guidelines in Singapore. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Singapore. - Work Setup: Office and engineering site coordination. • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive salary package based on skill level and experience. • Application Instructions: Submit your CV to Puretech via email or apply via direct message on LinkedIn.
