Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: Thai Toda Corporation Ltd. is seeking a BIM Modeler to create, coordinate, and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) data and models for structural, architectural, or MEP projects. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Develop detailed 3D BIM models based on architectural and engineering designs • Identify clash detections, collaborate with design teams, and generate clash resolution reports • Extract shop drawings, quantities, and documentation directly from BIM software to support site execution Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proficiency in BIM and CAD software (such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) • Background in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, MEP, or related technical disciplines • Experience working as a BIM Modeler on building or construction developments Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Thailand • Working schedule: Full-time hours Application Instructions: • Interested applicants should send their resume and BIM portfolio via email.
