Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview Seeking a qualified BIM Modeler to join the project team for a major Data Centre Project situated in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. This position is strictly open to Malaysians only. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Develop, update, and manage detailed 3D BIM models for the Data Centre project in compliance with BIM standards - Work closely with engineering and design disciplines to integrate architectural, structural, and MEP models - Perform model walkthroughs, clash resolution, and quality checks - Extract technical drawings, material takeoffs, and documentation from BIM models • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Relevant experience and qualifications as a BIM Modeler, preferably with exposure to Data Centre or large-scale industrial/commercial projects - Proficiency in BIM authoring software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) and design standards - Must be a Malaysian citizen (Malaysians Only) • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia - Employment Type: 2 Years Contract Basis • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified • Application Instructions - Interested candidates are invited to share their updated CV/resume or get in touch for details via email or LinkedIn DM.
