• Role & Company / Project Overview Intelcia is officially hiring Fluent English Speakers for its elite US account (Optimum) based at Sheikh Zayed (Ivory Business Park). The company provides door-to-door transportation for female staff and express pickup hubs for male staff, ensuring convenient commuting. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Deliver professional customer service and technical/account support for US-based customers on the Optimum account. - Handle customer inquiries, account requests, and service resolutions with fluency and adherence to quality standards. - Maintain required performance benchmarks in call handling, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Open to Students & Graduates (Ages 18–40). - Fluent English proficiency. - Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Sheikh Zayed (Ivory Business Park), Giza Governorate, Egypt. - Commute: Door-to-door rides straight to the doorstep for ladies; Express pickup hubs for guys. • Compensation & Benefits - Total monthly net earnings up to 19,000 EGP NET + USD cash incentives. - Fixed Net Salary: 14,000 EGP Fixed NET directly in the bank (comprising 10,000 EGP Base + 4,000 EGP Transport allowance). - Performance Bonus: 5,000 EGP Monthly Bonus ($100 avg) plus additional USD Cash Incentives. - Paid Training provided from day one. - Full Social & Medical coverage. • Application Instructions - To apply, skip the resume and send a 1–2 minute English voice note introducing yourself via WhatsApp to the designated contact number.
