Role & Company / Project Overview: OneSource Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior ICT Architect / OT Solution Architect for a part-time contract role. The primary objective is to analyse and structure complex, historically developed Operational Technology (OT) environments, identify technical dependencies and risks, organise architectural information, and ensure critical information is readily available for decision-making during emergencies. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Analyse and structure existing OT architectures • Assess complex, historically developed OT environments • Identify technical dependencies, risks, and potential vulnerabilities • Translate technical information into clear ArchiMate diagrams • Gather and validate information from technical stakeholders • Work effectively with incomplete or outdated documentation • Distinguish critical information from unnecessary technical detail • Identify when specialist technical expertise is required Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Extensive experience in OT (Operational Technology) environments • Strong understanding of complex OT landscapes and architectures • Proven experience analysing existing systems and technical dependencies • Proficiency in ArchiMate and architectural modelling • Knowledge of TOGAF, UML, Data Warehousing, and BI • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to assess risks and communicate architectural insights clearly • Dutch language proficiency • Ideal candidate brings a structured approach to complex technical environments and can translate fragmented technical details into clear, actionable insights Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Schaerbeek, Brussels, Belgium • Work Mode: Hybrid • Regime: Part-time (55%) • Contract Duration: 01/12/2026 – 30/11/2027 (Target Date: 28/10/2026) Application Instructions: • Send an updated CV to the designated recruitment contact.
