Role & Company / Project Overview: Bali Beach Hotel and The Meru Sanur are hiring a Resort Ambassador (Butler) to join the team in delivering thoughtful, personalized service to guests from around the world. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide thoughtful, personalized butler service to international guests. • Anticipate guests' needs and deliver attentiveness to detail reflecting true luxury standards. • Facilitate seamless guest communication across international and cross-cultural backgrounds. • Support guest relations operations to ensure memorable and meaningful guest experiences. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Candidates with Mandarin, Korean, or other foreign-language skills. • A warm, professional, and guest-oriented personality. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and personalized service. • Previous experience in butler service, guest relations, or luxury hotels is an advantage. • Welcoming both experienced hospitality professionals and aspiring talent ready to begin their journey.
