Amaroossa Suite Bali is looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Hotel Manager and grow together in the hospitality industry to shape a shared journey of distinction. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Oversee and manage comprehensive hotel operations to ensure guest service excellence. • Maximize hotel profitability, driving revenue generation and rigorous cost control (P&L management). • Provide strategic planning, strong leadership, and effective problem-solving across all hotel departments. • Execute business strategies aligned with targets and boutique hospitality standards. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Manager or Executive Assistant Manager in the hospitality industry. • Proven track record in maximizing hotel profitability, revenue generation, and cost control (P&L management). • Extensive knowledge of all hotel operations and guest service excellence. • Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills. • Strong business acumen and target-oriented approach. • Fluent in English (both spoken and written). Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Placement / Location: Amaroossa Suite Bali, Bali, Indonesia. • On-site hospitality operational schedule.
