The right candidate is a hands-on operator who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to build and lead strong teams, and understands how to balance guest experience with financial performance. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Oversee all day-to-day restaurant and bar operations, ensuring smooth and consistent execution - Lead, train, and develop both management and hourly teams - Drive guest experience, service standards, and overall hospitality culture - Manage scheduling, labor costs, and financial performance to hit targets - Maintain high standards across food quality, cleanliness, and compliance - Handle hiring, performance management, and team development • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Proven leadership experience as a General Manager in high-volume, full-service restaurant and bar operations - Strong operational and business acumen with demonstrated ability to balance guest satisfaction and profitability - Hands-on leadership style with a passion for mentoring, developing, and retaining talent - Comprehensive knowledge of food safety, labor laws, cleanliness, and hospitality compliance standards • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: San Jose, California, United States - High-volume restaurant and bar environment with operational shift requirements • Compensation & Benefits - Base Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 per year • Application Instructions - Submit your resume directly to the designated recruiter
