• Role & Company / Project Overview: SpreadHire is recruiting experienced CNC Operators for a leading manufacturing client in Romania. This position offers skilled CNC professionals an opportunity for long-term employment in a modern manufacturing environment, operating equipment to build precision components. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Set up and operate CNC machines, including CNC milling machines, lathes, and machining centers - Manufacture precision components according to technical drawings and CNC programs - Adjust machine settings and cutting parameters as required - Inspect finished products and components using precision measuring instruments to maintain strict quality standards - Maintain equipment, perform routine care, and strictly adhere to workplace safety procedures • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Previous experience working as a CNC Operator or CNC Machinist - Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately - Hands-on experience operating CNC milling machines, lathes, or machining centers - Solid knowledge of precision measuring instruments and quality control standards - Basic to intermediate English communication skills - CNC qualification, diploma, or vocational training is an advantage • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Romania (onsite manufacturing environment) - Shift allowances provided - Long-term employment opportunities available • Compensation & Benefits: - Starting salary: RON 5,100 gross per month (higher salary may be offered depending on candidate experience and qualifications) - Shift allowances - Public health insurance coverage - Meal vouchers valued at RON 45 per working day - Accommodation provided by the employer • Application Instructions & Additional Details: - Important Program Notice: This is not a fully sponsored program.
