• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect for an onsite role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to lead technical architecture and enterprise platform solutions. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Architect robust, scalable ServiceNow platform solutions aligned with enterprise technical requirements. - Oversee technical design and architectural standards across ServiceNow modules including ITOM, ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, and complex integrations. - Provide technical governance, leadership, and problem resolution across implementations. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Proven hands-on technical architecture experience on the ServiceNow platform. - Comprehensive exposure to ITOM, ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, Service Mapping, and enterprise integrations. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. - Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia with a valid, transferable Iqama. - Immediate availability or ability to join on short notice (ASAP). • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. - Work Mode: Onsite. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary as per market standards and experience. • Application Instructions - Send updated CV mentioning current location, nationality, Iqama status, notice period, current salary, and expected salary.
