• Role & Company / Project Overview Seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager for an onsite engagement in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to manage ServiceNow-aligned service operations and operational excellence. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Oversee day-to-day service delivery, incident management, and operational processes across ServiceNow services. - Coordinate between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure adherence to SLAs and service quality. - Drive continuous operational improvements leveraging ITSM and ITOM frameworks. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Demonstrated experience managing service delivery within ServiceNow/ITSM ecosystems. - Thorough understanding of IT service operations, ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB structures. - Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills. - Must be based in Saudi Arabia with a valid, transferable Iqama. - Ability to join immediately or on short notice. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. - Work Mode: Onsite. • Compensation & Benefits - Compensation commensurate with market standards and background. • Application Instructions - Email updated CV along with location, nationality, Iqama transferability, notice period, and salary expectations.
