• Role & Company / Project Overview We are seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst for an onsite role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to translate business and IT operational needs into functional ServiceNow solutions. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for ServiceNow workflows and modules. - Facilitate discussions between stakeholders and technical teams across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and related modules. - Support testing, validation, and rollout of ServiceNow processes and enhancements. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Hands-on business analysis experience specifically within ServiceNow environments. - Working knowledge and exposure to ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, or enterprise service management frameworks. - Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical problem-solving abilities. - Currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a valid, transferable Iqama. - Ability to join at short notice. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. - Work Mode: Onsite. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary as per market standards and experience. • Application Instructions - Interested professionals can submit their CV with current location, nationality, Iqama status, notice period, current salary, and expected salary.
